1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jeia9 platform and all services associated with it. By visiting the jeia9 website, creating an account, betting, gaming, or taking part in any other service, you will be considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

jeia9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect will mean that you have accepted the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to open an account on jeia9 is 21. Only persons aged 21 or above may become members of this platform and take part in any gaming or betting activity. Creating an account by providing false age information is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Creating or using more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of both or all accounts, and any balance held may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation. If any information changes, you must notify the jeia9 support team without delay.

• Register an active and valid mobile number
• Confirm your correct date of birth
• Use your own personal payment account

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your jeia9 account login details completely confidential. Never share your password or access details with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

If you suspect any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. Action will be taken as quickly as possible; however, jeia9 will not be liable for transactions that occurred before the report was made.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on jeia9 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The following approved payment methods must be used for deposits:

• bKash — Mobile Financial Service
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office Mobile Wallet
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking Service
• Upay — Mobile Financial Service

The balance is added to your account immediately after the deposit is completed. If a deposit is not processed for any reason, contact the support team with the transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account that was used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Verification

jeia9 reserves the right to verify any suspicious transaction. Additional documents may be requested for large transactions in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. It is every user's responsibility to ensure funds are used for honest and lawful purposes.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at jeia9 have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement must be completed. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• The bonus benefit applies only once per account
• Wagering must be completed within the set period from the time the bonus is received
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active on an account at the same time
• jeia9 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled

6 Fair Play & Code of Conduct

jeia9 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on the platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles and are protected by SSL encryption.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Betting or gaming using computer programs, bots, or automated software
• Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Attempting to gain bonus or promotion benefits using multiple accounts
• Fraud or dishonest conduct toward other users
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account

6.2 Game Results

The results of all games on jeia9 are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and unpredictable. Live casino games are operated by professional dealers and are broadcast live.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 jeia9's Rights

jeia9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• False or incomplete registration information
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud
• Failure to cooperate with account verification
• The need to comply with legal obligations

7.2 User's Own Request

Any user may voluntarily close their account. A written request must be submitted to the support team in such a case. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance will be provided before the account is closed.

8 Limitation of Liability

jeia9 strives to provide uninterrupted service; however, service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons. jeia9's liability is limited in such circumstances.

• jeia9 will not be liable if a bet is cancelled due to an internet connection failure
• If a game result remains undetermined due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded
• jeia9 is not responsible for issues with the user's own device or network
• jeia9's liability is fully excluded in cases of unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure)

10 Dispute Resolution
